What counts as one trip?

One trip means consecutive travel days. If you are traveling to Singapore, Malaysia and Bali back to back, that counts as one trip and requires one pass. If there is a gap between two travel periods, each is considered a separate trip and requires its own pass. You can visit multiple destinations within one trip without buying additional passes.

What if my trip covers destinations from both tiers?

If your consecutive trip spans destinations from both tiers — for example Singapore and Japan in one go — you pay the higher tier price. The higher tier covers all destinations in your trip.

What exactly does a Trip Pass cover?

Accepted Answer

A Trip Pass gives you B2B rates on hotels, flights, attraction tickets, tours and visa assistance for one trip. It does not cover transfers, packages or itinerary planning. You decide what you want to book — we get you the best rate on it.

How long is a Trip Pass valid?

A Trip Pass is valid for one trip. Bookings can be made before your trip or during your trip, subject to availability. No bookings can be made after the last date of your trip.

Will I always get better rates than retail platforms?

Accepted Answer

On hotels and attractions, yes — our B2B rates are consistently better. On flights, the gap is smaller and occasionally a bank discount on a retail platform beats our rate. We will always tell you honestly when we cannot beat a rate you have found.

Can the group composition change after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Trip Pass is for a trip, not for specific individuals. As long as the total number of travellers does not exceed what you paid for, the composition of the group can vary.

Question 7

Can I get a refund on my Trip Pass?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you have not made any bookings within 7 days of purchase, we will refund the full amount. The 7-day window starts from the date of purchase. If you have already made bookings, the Trip Pass fee is non-refundable.

What happens if I cancel my trip after making bookings?

Accepted Answer

Your Trip Pass remains valid for 1 year from the original purchase date. You can use it for any destination — same tier or different. If your new destination is a higher-priced tier, you pay the difference. If it is a lower-priced tier, we refund the difference.

What does visa assistance cover?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your destination. For Schengen countries we provide documentation support, dummy flight and hotel bookings, cover letter and itinerary — you visit VFS to submit. For Vietnam, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, UAE, Singapore, Japan, UK, Australia and New Zealand, applications are processed through authorised partners at B2B rates. For the USA we assist with the DS-160 form, interview guidance and connect you with freelancers for early appointment slots. For other destinations, WhatsApp us and we will let you know what is available.

What is the child policy?

Children up to 12 years of age travel free on any Trip Pass. They must be accompanied by an adult who is included in the pass. Children above 12 are counted as adults for pricing purposes.

Is INFARE right for me if I am looking for a holiday package?

Accepted Answer

No. INFARE is for independent travellers who know where they are going and what they want to book. We do not create packages, plan itineraries or arrange guided tours. If you want a ready-made holiday package, INFARE is not the right fit.
