Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of INFARE's website at infare.club and our travel rate access services provided by Infare Travel Services LLP ("INFARE", "we", "us", "our"), registered at A70, Third Floor, Vipul World, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana 122018.
By purchasing a TripPass or HotelPass or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. What INFARE Is and Is Not
INFARE is:
- A travel rate access platform that provides members with B2B wholesale rates on hotels, flights, attractions, tours and visa assistance
- A service where our team sources rates and confirms bookings on your behalf at contracted B2B prices
- A membership model — you pay a TripPass fee or annual HotelPass fee for access to these rates
INFARE is not:
- A travel agency that plans itineraries or arranges guided tours
- A package holiday provider
- A flight or hotel booking platform with instant self-service booking
- A guarantee that B2B rates will always beat every retail price in every scenario
3. Trip Pass — Terms
3.1 What a Trip Pass covers
A Trip Pass gives you access to B2B rates for one consecutive trip on hotels, flights, attractions, tours and visa assistance. It does not cover transfers, itinerary planning or holiday packages.
3.2 What counts as one trip
One trip means consecutive travel days. Multiple destinations visited back to back in one journey count as one trip. A gap between two travel periods means each period requires a separate Trip Pass.
3.3 Destination tiers
Trip Passes are priced in two tiers. If your trip includes destinations from both tiers, Tier 2 pricing applies and covers all destinations on that trip.
3.4 Traveller policy
The number of travellers cannot exceed the count you paid for. Group composition may change as long as the total count stays within the purchased amount. Children up to 12 years travel free and must be accompanied by an adult included in the pass.
3.5 Validity
A Trip Pass is valid for one trip. Bookings may be made before or during the trip, subject to availability. No bookings may be made after the last date of the trip.
3.6 Refund policy
If no bookings have been made within 7 calendar days of purchase, a full refund will be issued. After 7 days or after any booking has been confirmed, the Trip Pass fee is non-refundable. If your trip is cancelled after bookings are made, the Trip Pass remains valid for 1 year from the original purchase date and may be used for any destination in the same or different tier. Upgrading to a higher tier requires payment of the difference.
4. HotelPass — Terms
4.1 What a HotelPass covers
An annual HotelPass gives you access to B2B rates for unlimited trips within the HotelPass period. Domestic HotelPass covers hotels and flights across India. International HotelPass additionally covers attractions, tours and visa assistance globally and include full domestic access.
4.2 Lead traveller rule
The primary holder must be present on every trip made under the HotelPass. Other travellers may vary from trip to trip but the total count may not exceed the HotelPass's purchased traveller count.
4.3 HotelPass period
The HotelPass is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. It does not auto-renew.
4.4 Upgrades
Domestic HotelPass holders may upgrade to international by paying the difference in HotelPass price. Contact us to process an upgrade.
4.5 Refund policy
If no bookings have been made within 7 calendar days of purchase, a full refund will be issued. After 7 days or after any booking has been confirmed, the HotelPass fee is non-refundable.
5. Bookings and Rates
5.1 B2B rate availability
B2B rates are subject to availability and may vary. We do not guarantee that a B2B rate will be available for every hotel, date or destination at all times.
5.2 Honesty on rates
We will always tell you honestly if our B2B rate does not beat a retail price for a specific booking. You are under no obligation to book through us if a retail price is better.
5.3 No markup
We do not add any markup to B2B rates. The rate we source is the rate you pay for your booking.
5.4 Payment for bookings
The TripPass or HotelPass fee is separate from the cost of individual bookings. You pay for each booking at the B2B rate as confirmed.
5.5 Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once we have received payment and issued a written confirmation. Verbal or WhatsApp acknowledgements do not constitute a confirmed booking.
5.6 Cancellations and amendments
Cancellation and amendment policies for individual bookings are governed by the hotel, airline or operator's own policies. We will facilitate cancellations and amendments but cannot override supplier policies.
6. Visa Assistance
6.1 Scope
Visa assistance scope varies by destination. For some destinations we handle the full application. For others we provide documentation support or connect you with authorised partner agents.
6.2 No guarantee of approval
We do not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or immigration authority.
6.3 Documentation accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents submitted as part of a visa application. We are not liable for rejections arising from incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by you.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for commercial resale or to source rates for third parties not covered under your TripPass or HotelPass
- Misrepresent the number of travellers to obtain lower pricing
- Share your TripPass or HotelPass with persons not included in the purchase
- Use our services in any manner that violates applicable law
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INFARE's liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for your TripPass or HotelPass.
We are not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of hotels, airlines, operators or visa authorities
- Cancellations, delays or changes made by suppliers
- Loss of enjoyment, consequential loss or indirect damages
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics or geopolitical disruptions
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
For any disputes or grievances, contact us first at bookings@infare.club. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues directly before any formal proceedings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
