Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for TripPasses and HotelPasses purchased through INFARE. Please read this carefully before purchasing. Our refund policy is straightforward and we will always handle refund requests honestly and promptly.
2. Trip Pass Refunds
2.1 Full refund — no bookings made
If you have purchased a Trip Pass and no bookings have been confirmed under that pass within 7 calendar days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the Trip Pass fee.

2.2 No refund after 7 days or after bookings
Once 7 calendar days have passed from the date of purchase, or once any booking has been confirmed under the Trip Pass — whichever comes first — the Trip Pass fee is non-refundable.
2.3 Trip cancellation after bookings
If your trip is cancelled after bookings have been made, the Trip Pass fee is not refunded. However the Trip Pass remains valid for 1 year from the original purchase date. You may use it for any destination in the same or a different tier. If using it for a higher-tier destination, you pay the price difference at the time of rebooking.
2.4 Partial use
There is no partial refund for unused components of a Trip Pass. For example if you booked a hotel but not attractions, there is no refund for the unused attraction access.
3. HotelPass Refunds
3.1 Full refund — no bookings made
If you have purchased a HotelPass and no bookings have been confirmed within 7 calendar days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the HotelPass fee.
To request a refund, contact us at bookings@infare.club or on WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase.
3.2 No refund after 7 days or after bookings
Once 7 calendar days have passed from purchase, or once any booking has been confirmed — whichever comes first — the HotelPass fee is non-refundable.
3.3 No pro-rata refunds
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused HotelPass periods. If you purchased an annual HotelPass for a year and wish to cancel after 3 months, no refund is available for the remaining 9 months.
4. Individual Booking Cancellations
Cancellations of individual bookings made through INFARE are subject to the cancellation policies of the hotel, airline, attraction or tour operator involved. These policies vary significantly by supplier and booking type.
4.1 Free cancellation bookings
Where the supplier offers free cancellation up to a specified date, we will process the cancellation and refund the booking amount to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed by the supplier.
4.2 Non-refundable bookings
Where a booking is non-refundable at the time of cancellation, no refund of the booking amount is available. We will clearly indicate when a rate is non-refundable before you confirm the booking.
4.3 Partial cancellations
For bookings involving multiple nights or components, partial cancellation terms depend on the supplier's policy and will be communicated to you before confirmation.
4.4 INFARE fee on cancelled bookings
The TripPass fee or HotelPass fee is not refunded when an individual booking is cancelled, regardless of the cancellation reason or the supplier's refund terms.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government travel restrictions or similar events — we will work with suppliers on your behalf to secure refunds or credits where possible. However we cannot guarantee refunds from suppliers in force majeure situations and our own TripPass and HotelPass fees remain non-refundable in such circumstances.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a TripPass or HotelPass within the eligible 7-day window:

Include your name, mobile number, purchase date and reason for refund. We will respond within 24 hours on business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
