How many trips can I take on one subscription?

Unlimited. There is no cap on the number of trips or bookings you can make within your subscription year. The more you travel, the more value you get.

What is the lead traveller rule?

The primary subscriber must be present on every trip to use the subscription. Other travellers in the group can vary from trip to trip — you are not locked into a fixed group. This keeps the subscription flexible for families and friend groups while preventing misuse.

Is the domestic subscription worth it if I stay in budget hotels?

Accepted Answer

The savings on budget hotels are smaller — typically 7 to 10% versus retail. If you primarily stay in budget properties the subscription may not pay for itself. We will always tell you honestly before you subscribe.

Does the international subscription include domestic travel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The international subscription includes full domestic access — hotels and flights across India at B2B rates, in addition to all international benefits.

What does visa assistance cover?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your destination. For Schengen countries we provide documentation support, dummy flight and hotel bookings, cover letter and itinerary — you visit VFS to submit. For Vietnam, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, UAE, Singapore, Japan, UK, Australia and New Zealand, applications are processed through authorised partners at B2B rates. For the USA we assist with the DS-160 form, interview guidance and connect you with freelancers for early appointment slots. For other destinations, WhatsApp us and we will let you know what is available.

What is the child policy?

Children up to 12 years travel free on any subscription. They must be accompanied by the lead traveller on every trip. Children above 12 are counted as adults for pricing purposes.

Question 7

Can I upgrade from domestic to international mid-year?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade by paying the difference between the two subscription prices. Reach out to us and we will sort it out for you.

Question 8

Can I get a refund on my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you have not made any bookings within 7 days of purchase, we will refund the full amount. After 7 days or after any booking has been made, the subscription fee is non-refundable.

Is INFARE right for me if I want a holiday package?

Accepted Answer

No. INFARE is for independent travellers who know where they are going and what they want to book. We do not plan itineraries, arrange transfers or create packages. If you want a ready-made holiday package, INFARE is not the right fit.
