The travel industry has always had two prices. We thought that was unfair.

We have spent years working inside the travel industry. And one thing became very clear to us over time — the industry is largely built around holiday packages and bundled bookings. That model works well for travellers who want everything organised for them. But it leaves a significant gap for those who don't.

Independent travellers — people who plan their own trips, choose their own hotels, book their own experiences — have always had to book at retail prices. Hotels negotiate contracted rates with travel companies. Airlines offer pre-purchased inventory at better prices. Attraction operators work with agents at trade rates. None of this has ever been accessible to someone booking on their own.

INFARE exists to bridge that gap. We give independent travellers access to the same contracted rates that travel companies use — on hotels, flights, attractions, tours and visa assistance. Not as a package. Not bundled. Just better rates on what you choose to book, on your own terms.

We are not here to tell you where to go or how to plan your trip. We are here to make sure that when you do book, you are not paying more than you need to simply because you chose to travel independently.

We built INFARE on one non-negotiable principle: complete honesty. We will never claim to beat every rate everywhere. On flights, the difference is often small and sometimes a retail platform with a bank discount does better — we will tell you that directly. On budget hotels domestically, the savings may not justify the cost — we will tell you that before you buy. We would rather lose a sale than set a wrong expectation.
